The body of John Paul,19, of Togiak, who was missing since his boat capsized yesterday, has been recovered, Alaska State Troopers said today.

Paul fell into Togiak Bay after his boat capsized due to taking on water and stalling his motor at about 7 a.m., troopers said.

Passengers on the skiff who were rescued are Sam Pavian, 45, Evon Pavian, 25, and Evon Pavian's 4 year old son, all of Togiak.

Three search boats and an aircraft searched the area where Paul was last seen, and his body was found about four and a half hours later, some two miles offshore, in front of the village.

Alcohol is believed to a factor, the trooper report said.
